Students with children are given priority over groups without children intending to share a flat.

At the student residence 'Gescherweg 50-64', students with children can rent a two-room flat  as single parents and couples (both must be students) can rent a three-room flat.

Washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement (at a fee), outdoor garden areas, parking spaces, roof top car park, bicycle stands, bicycle storeroom in the basement;
