Ground floor:

1 room, approx. 24 m² (no built-ins), kitchen with built-in units (stove and stove top, extractor hood, refrigerator), entrance hall, and guest toilet

First floor:

1 room, approx. 13 m² in size (with built-in wardrobe), 1 room, approx. 10,5 m² (with built-in wardrobe,), 1 room, approx. 6,5 m², a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, wash basin and toilet, and a corridor with a small fitted storage unit

Relevant to all three house types:

The attic has not been converted into living space and tenants may only enter the attic space with the prior agreement of the caretaker. The tenants must organise to have the utilities such as gas (heating) /power/ and water connected with the Münster Stadtwerke themselves. According to the Münster Stadtwerke, a montly payment of € 150 per house will be deducted to cover utilities. The relevant information and application forms will be handed out when the lease is signed.
